Elite Painting & Construction

Elite Painting & Construction started a complete Hardiplank re-side of this 102 unit community in January 2002. Over 61,000 square feet of siding was installed. Patio fences were removed and replaced with 2,500 feet of iron fencing. Approximately 1,300 feet of balcony railing was installed with an additional 378 feet of stair railing. This was followed by a complete repaint of the property. We finished this project in March 2002. Brazos Park is located at the intersection of Arkansas Lane and Brazos Drive in Arlington, Texas.
